Are you struggling with the demands of your life or relationships?  I am passionate about helping you to find a way through any challenges, upset or difficulties you are facing.

I work with adults and young adults aged 16+ and am particularly experienced in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, self-confidence, & parenting issues (including SEN & neurodivergence). 

"Sentio" is a Latin verb meaning to feel, think, realise and understand. My clients have benefitted from the time, space and objectivity counselling gives them to think and feel their way through what is going on for them and find a greater understanding of how they can move forward with their lives.
